If you prefer to pay by check or bank money order, please send us an email at shabbyroseboutique@gmail.com,
and specify which item(s) you would like so we may HOLD the item for
you. All arrangements can then be made via email and the merchandise
will be held until the check clears our bank. Please include your email address when corresponding.
Shipping Policy
At this time we are only accepting orders in the United States.
FREE SHIPPING On Every Order!
We're proud to offer FREE USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS Shipping on every order within the US.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size of the item.
Please allow 48 hours for your item to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept orders from foreign
countries.
Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is important! If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, or if any merchandise arrives damaged, or defective, it will be promptly replaced or refunded.
Please notify us immediately so we can begin the replacement/refund process. We do reserve the right to request the merchandise be returned back to us.
You must notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product to receive a return authorization. All item returns must be shipped back in the original packaging they were received in. We recommend that you insure the package. Once we receive the returned merchandise you will receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Privacy Policy
We never share information collected during a sales transaction with any third party. Any information received from you is only used to process your order, or to send you tracking information about your shipment.
